I ordered two sample tiles. Only received one. I have called several times and spoke with sal. Very nice person but still no resolution. I am going to order from another company.

My experience was just a telephone conversation and ordering a sample on their website. However brief, my experience was a good one. The staff I communicated with were very professional and helpful. They gave me the answers I was looking for and ordering the sample was easy. It arrived in a few days just as promised.
