The first couple of blots didn’t have any effect at all. Then I spotted that the fluid isn't spread out evenly on the blotters, hence the missing effect. After I finally used one imbued with the substance it was really great! But nonetheless a huge bummer because I can’t even be sure that the 1CP is evenly spread out on the blots in 20mcg and 100mcg dosages as I ordered it...
