My first order was perfect i literally can't say anything bad about it. Second was kinda disappointment. I received email which said that my package was shipped to my country. Then it stood for 2 weeks. Im okay with this but still concerned why it takes that much time to deliver since it's in my country. Stuff was horibbly packed. Just slam that stuff in between 2 piece of paper. It really took away quality of product. I don't know if it's vendor fault or something but this should be not acceptable. Have a nice day.

Hi Dawid,
Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the state of your order. The packaging, although it isn't pretty, is actually purposeful. As in order to maximise the chance that it will arrive we write the address (it is much quicker to print it) and use a common envelope to make it look just like a normal letter. We also only use two thin pieces of card, as from our experience the thicker an envelope or package the less likely it is to make it to the destination.
And sadly, we do not have any control over shipping times. I don't know what causes such delays, as occasionally orders to your country arrive in just a few days and sometimes they take 2-3 weeks. I wish we could speed up the shipping process but once it is in the post, it is no longer in our hands unfortunately.
In the future, if you prefer us to use thicker packaging we can do so, but I would definitely advise against it as the chance you would receive your order would be much lower.
