Despite some mishaps the overall communication and handling of the order was more than satisfactory. I surely recommend Chemical Collective especially for the human touch, for the attention to the client.

Ordered two times already, all went good with fast delivery (3 or 5 days to France). I once had an issue with a payment, but customer service fixed the problem in minutes (thanks Jessica !).
Me and my friends are also very satisfied with product quality.

Hiya Eike!
I'm sorry to hear that your order never arrived - because you selected PostNL Untracked Mail service, I'm unsure where your shipment lost.
I will contact you privately and I will do my best to resolve the situation to ensure that you're satisfied :-)

Hiya Oren,
I'm sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive safely. Unfortunately shipping to Israel is very unreliable, as you can imagine for PostNL Untracked shipments we cannot offer a reship because we do not know for sure where the shipment was lost/seized.
I can see that you reached out to us last week, I'm currently catching up on emails and will be responding to you privately shortly. In future, please contact us within 2 months if your shipment has not arrived, waiting over 6 months leaves me with few options to resolve this situation.

Top Product. I bought the 1V-LSD 150s, and wasn't disappointed. Had some very clear trips.
I also ordered a shirt, wich didn't arrived on time, but after short talk with the "handsome" support I received my Shirt with some extra Stickers as a goodie.

Super.
Colis reçu 5 jours après la commande dans une lettre banalisée.
Je conseille de faire une expédition avec un suivi si vous voulez être sûr de recevoir votre commande. Ca coûte plus cher mais ça vaut le coup.
