Still waiting for that order. By now I've gotten meds and research chems from several other foreign vendors. If US customs stops a package they always contact you. It's only Chemical Collective where my money and potential product has suspiciously disappeared. This is my second review for one instance of getting ripped off by them. I notice several 5 star reviews from the same source so I'm just doing my part to counter all of the fake positive reviews.

Hi Brett, I've reached out to you three times now in order to try to come to a fair resolution of your missing order that was placed in July and I haven't heard anything back from you since. I'm not sure if this is because you aren't receiving our attempts at contacting you or that you aren't being completely honest about your experience with us, because I can't see a logical reason why you would ignore our attempts at resolving the situation but you would go out of your way to leave us another review several months later. I have only love for these people! Incredible service! Jack is a angel! My order got a bit of delay and a product was missing, so they refund me and shipped it for free. The quality is really high. I had so many bad experiences with other websits but this one is by far the BEST of all. I'll stick to them now. And you should do the same. Cheers

Was very happy with the products except for the one that was supposed to be for 4 ho mipt that turn to be 3 Meo PCP which could have been very dangerous and possibly could hurt someone if you wouldn't have sent the email out saying that it was marked .wrong

Hi Daniel, I'm really sorry to hear you've had this experience. Me and Jack are currently working through a very large backlog of emails due to the large increase in order and email volume in the lead up to the 17th of September. We're also currently understaffed and have been having very frustrating back-end connectivity issues that have slowed us down a huge amount! The devs have just solved the main back-end issues and we're currently hiring new staff, so things will be back up to speed soon. Order was completed on 20 August 2020..still no goods delivered....7 weeks...sent cc email ..but no reply...now I heard U guys are overwhelmed and or inundated with orders and emails..so is this excuse for your late delivery and non communication.... because it's not very good service....you guys have no trouble receiving our hard earned money...hire more people to process orders..or don't take anymore orders until you have caught up...with deliveries.. my order arrived a day later and after this original review .. thanks cc ..

Hi there, I'm very sorry to hear this has been your experience with us! We've had a somewhat perfect storm of events that have recently slowed our service, unfortunately - a very large increase in how many orders/emails just as we became understaffed combined with very frustrating website/back-end slowdown issues that make everything we do take much, much longer than it should. Our devs have just finally solved the back-end issues so we're able to respond to emails much faster now. Also, we're in the process of hiring new staff that will be with us in the next few weeks :) Anyway, non of this changes the fact that you've had a negative expeirence with us and again, for that I apologise. After waiting for my order for 2 months I reached out to Jack. It took a while to establish connection with him, but after some back to back communication he offered a reship. My order was untracked because of the bitcoin payment, so he offered a half reship. It has now been 3 months since I purchased my original shipment and it has still not arrived. Yet, after waiting only two and a half weeks, the reship just arrived today! I understand with COVID and international shipping there can be unexpected circumstances. Unfortunately for me, I had to get the brunt end of it all. Nonetheless, thank you Jack for the reship, you saved me a lot of struggle; otherwise I would be emptyhanded.

My second most recent order. I placed it at the end of August and received it in around nine days. I have yet to test this pack but I'm sure its the same high quality as the last two. Shame they no longer ship to the U.S. Now just waiting on the last order I placed before U.S shipping ceased.

My order shipped 7 weeks ago and it never arrived. I know there were a lot of delays shipping to the U.S so I tried to be really understanding. Customer service was incredibly helpful earlier on up until the order was officially lost. I've waited 6 days for a response to my email and I still never got one. Just realize that you're taking a risk of coming out empty handed. I still trust them since it was recommended by an old reputable site so if you're in europe I'd still place an order. Update: They got back to me and offered me a resolution to my problem. Their customer service response time has been impacted by the influx of last second orders, so just be patient.
