WORST EVER!
Response from Chemical Collective
Feb 07, 2022
Hi Lenka,
I'm sorry you feel that way, but I don't think this is particularly fair.
It states clearly on our payments page and in our FAQ that we do not offer refunds. We also state clearly that if your DPD order doesn't arrive we will offer a 100% reship.
When you emailed us a while ago to tell us your DPD order hadn't arrived, I asked you to get back to us 3 days later to let us know if it still hadn't arrived.
You then emailed us 10 days later and demanded a refund. I told you that (as our policy states) we do not offer refunds, so I offered you a 100% reship, which is what you originally agreed to when placing an order with us.
I am sorry that DPD lost your initial order, and I would of course guarantee that I would get your order to you one way or another. But we simply cannot break our own policy for customers when they demand us to, as that is not fair on the rest of our customers.
If you have a change of heart and want us to send you the 100% reship, please get in touch and I will be happy to do so.
All the best
Jack

Success!
I ordered to Asia (unregistered mail) and received it successfully two weeks later, divided into two separate discrete envelopes.

Hiya Lebbrecht!
I'm sorry to hear that your order never arrived, I just checked your order details - and I can see that you selected PostNL Untracked Mail, so unfortunately I cannot locate your shipment. But if you'd like to get in touch via email, I will try to resolve the situation to ensure that you're satisfied with our services :-)
Have a lovely day -
