Hello ! It has been now more than a week that I ordered . My shipment [Order #65726] , since to be blocked at DPD parcel in Vijfhuizen (NL) , if there is a problem could you tell me what ? If the package never arrives I would like to be refunded , the quality is surely there but I will confirm it once received . Hoping to have news soon .

Hi Issan,
Sorry that your order's been stuck there for a long time! There's been some issue with DPD losing two shipments of ours from around this time, with many peoples' orders going missing. I've been in contact with DPD to try to resolve the issue but they aren't being particularly helpful unfortunately (though not unsurprisingly).
Anyway, if your order hasn't arrived by Monday, please get in touch with us and we will send your 100% reship!

Sorry to hear you haven't received your order still. We had some issue with DPD losing a shipment of many of our different packages from the time yours was shipped so we're currently trying to resolve the situation!
