Never received my first order placed back in mid-April but Jack has gone above and beyond to explain the situation during this pandemic and work with me to get everything situated. Since then I have taken chances on a few other orders that were received in about a week. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with how it all worked out during an extremely unorthodox period. Being an online vendor, I was a little skeptic at first. Several emails were sent before placing an order. All were replied to within 24 hrs, unless it was a weekend. This made me a little more comfortable but not much. It's when you send the funds that things go sideways.. Not with these guys. I received my order in 14 days ( to the US )..
