My order shipped 7 weeks ago and it never arrived. I know there were a lot of delays shipping to the U.S so I tried to be really understanding. Customer service was incredibly helpful earlier on up until the order was officially lost. I've waited 6 days for a response to my email and I still never got one. Just realize that you're taking a risk of coming out empty handed. I still trust them since it was recommended by an old reputable site so if you're in europe I'd still place an order. Update: They got back to me and offered me a resolution to my problem. Their customer service response time has been impacted by the influx of last second orders, so just be patient.

I said that I'd update this review if I were to finally receive my order, but deep down I didn't think that it would ever actually get here. Well, the re-ship did end up arriving after about 10 days, tested well, and I will now give the company my official stamp of approval. They don't ship to the US anymore unfortunately, but that didn't stop them from making things right and making sure that I got the product that I ordered.

Quality of products is superb. My order was shipped a day after the payment was received. Package was totally incognito too. It took around 10 days for it to arrive via unregistered mail, but the delay was due to the postal service here in France. I've ordered before and it usually takes one week or less. These guys are absolute pros. Highly recommend.
