I made my order on 30th of November and I haven't received anything at the moment: the shipment is stopped at the warehouse of the courier near Milano since 6th of December, I think they lost my shipment or some other problem (the tracking says "in progress") I want completely change my evaluation, because, after 30 days and more, the order was delivered. Christmas holidays was probably the real reason of delay, and the company had an excellent attention about my order. Thank you!

Hi Christina, I'm very sorry to hear you didn't receive everything you ordered. I just checked your order details, and it looks like what's happened is we've sent your order in two separate deliveries as we generally send pellets and blotters separately for safety reasons. But I must have forgotten to tell you at the time that we'd done that so that's totally my error and I apologise for not letting you know in advance! I'm very disappointed to put this up - had at least 7+ orders arrived successfully and all were 10/10 and Jack was very helpful through all that was going on !! BUT- In April I placed 4 orders and 3 of them were on credits! I was surprised to see how much I got for them but when I asked Jack he said it was all correct and shipped - roughly the end of May my 2 orders came -the one I paid for and 1 credit order- after I contacted Jack the 1st time I was hoping that covid had slowed the mail and I'd receive the 2 other orders - in June Jack was nice enough to make a 50% reship on both orders - and after 4 weeks I still have nothing! I have placed several orders with other vending this past month for small amounts of items and they ALL have arrived- some from overseas - I'm hoping I will have to comeback and update this - I'm giving the 2 stars because of Jack's outstanding customer service and the reship! But I got no products and I dont expect them to go further out of their
