Good products and great customer service on multiple orders. Quite sad to hear you'll no longer be shipping to the US. We had a good run. Thanks CC.

My service was excellent! After waiting 2 weeks (I'm in the u.s.) I contacted Jack concerning my order status, I received a quick response and apology. My issue was resolved beyond my satisfaction and I will be ordering again.

Delivery time was reasonable considering it was intl and during the COVID 19 pandemic. The order included 3 defective products out of 10 total in shipment. I reached out to customer support about this and was met by a complete lack of communication following their initial reply 3 days after I first contacted them. So far I am split on my opinion of this company I was satisfied with what worked but unfortunately there have also been some shortfalls.

Everything went smooth with my order from Chemical Collective. Moreover, they added a small gift because the package's dispatch was delayed a day or two! I liked the contents as well :)

They are honest business people with excellent customer service. One time there was an error with my order but Jack was very attentive and committed in ensuring it was resolved and I received everything I paid for. Would give 5 stars but I was disappointed they dropped O-DSMT from their inventory. Regardless I would recommend giving them your business. You won't be disappointed

My first order from late May never materialized but the reship sent out in July made it to me in Southern CA in a total of 15 days. I made another order for a small amount of powdered material on 8/20 which arrived in 12 days. Both the orders were expertly packaged and very inconspicuous. It seems the shipping issues caused earlier by COVID are resolved but only a few weeks before CC's service to the US is discontinued, sadly. I have only good things to say about this company even having lost 1 order...

Great service. Shipping times back to normal (never was their fault in the first place). Great co.

The gents were professional, discreet, and make a quality product. The payment system is a little clunky, but it all worked out. Also, humorous packaging!
