I didn't get everything I ordered, and never received an email or anything saying it wasn't available. **UPDATE** I've got to say that my review was answered quite swiftly, and I'll now say that I'm very happy with our order. I'm grateful for the communication I received and how quickly the order came in. Thank you!!

I'm very disappointed to put this up - had at least 7+ orders arrived successfully and all were 10/10 and Jack was very helpful through all that was going on !! BUT- In April I placed 4 orders and 3 of them were on credits! I was surprised to see how much I got for them but when I asked Jack he said it was all correct and shipped - roughly the end of May my 2 orders came -the one I paid for and 1 credit order- after I contacted Jack the 1st time I was hoping that covid had slowed the mail and I'd receive the 2 other orders - in June Jack was nice enough to make a 50% reship on both orders - and after 4 weeks I still have nothing! I have placed several orders with other vending this past month for small amounts of items and they ALL have arrived- some from overseas - I'm hoping I will have to comeback and update this - I'm giving the 2 stars because of Jack's outstanding customer service and the reship! But I got no products and I dont expect them to go further out of their

Sadly during the covid crisis the original packages went missing on my first order. They gladly offered a reship when I came months later saying nothing shown up plaining it wouldn't cost me when I said to hold off anxious thinking it meant more money. The product I wanted as base for the order was out of stock, but I ended up with an alternative product that more then makes up for what was lost as they referred me back to their suppliers shop that has a referral list where auto found these guys. Bummed I'll have to make a new order for that compound while also not being on sale, but extremely confident in this staff.... Did I mention the reship came in days compared to the months waiting fixing COVID benifit of the doubt before recontacting. The products top quality too! Stealth was top notch as well. Be carefull openings your packs and make sure you have something to put your blotters in before opening their pack.

Actually my very first ordering from chemical-collective.com The shipping method is perfect! Package arriwed just in time. The package is also perfectly sealed and discreet inside and out. Upon unpacking I had a sudden gut feeling that the item is not clean. Sadly my foreboding turned out to be true. The material should have been bright white almost glittery crystals. Instead of this the bag contained some off-white/grayish pulverized thing. When I started to examine it closely I could recognize shards and impurities with bare eyes (!) In the solution a gray matter is sinking down to the bottom of the test-glass and it's just sitting there. After a few attempts been carried out on my designated research targets I had to conclude the thing is actually poisonous. I'm sad and upset at the same time. The best would be if we wouldn't be in a need to turn for trickery in order to obtain everchanging unapproved and weak copies of well studied and perfectly working original re
