I ordered 3 things on 2 separate orders. The first order has yet to come and I am coming up on a month since it's shipped out. The 2nd order I received in about 8 days after i received the email that it shipped. I dont know if the 1st order is still coming or if it was lost, seized or stolen from a lucky parcel worker but I do know that this site is legit. I am in east coast USA so I am in a high risk country. Rcscene gave them a do not order rating because of some stuff that has nothing to do with the customers or the product so I can vouch that was not a fair rating. Definitely a solid site to buy from but as with all sites it's a hit or miss coming from the Netherlands to the USA. 3 out of 5 because I still have yet to receive my 1st order. I hope this helps anybody that is thinking about choosing chemical collective.

We ran into a few hiccup with shipping but the company reps Jack was able to address the concern and assist so that I get half of what I order. It is not a guarantee that your package will make it and I accept that. I give it a 5 for customer services and honesty. Shipping from NL to West Coast of US.

hey guys, I placed my order on July 24th 2020, it has been 4 weeks since I placed this order and it has not arrive. This is my second order. My first order arrive in two weeks. Also, I sent an email and I haven't received a reply yet...I will change my rating if I get this solve. Thank you. ---- Friday, September 11th 2020 After 6 weeks my order has not arrive, they are re-shipping my order so hopefully it arrives this time, once it does I will change the rating. -------- ------- Tuesday-October 20, 2020. My order finally arrived. I change my review from 1_ to 5_____. I placed this (my 2nd order back in July 24th, after 6 weeks rder had not arrive, I sent an email and they offer to re-ship my order, they re-shipp my order on September 14th and arrive yesterday October 19th. It took 4 to 5 weeks for the order to arrive. I placed two other orders and they arrive in exactly two weeks to [NC, east coast]. Thank you so much guys. Unfortunate you are no longer shipping to the US. Best wishes!
