Customer service was great. First package arrived in about 3 weeks and the second took about 4 to the west coast. Site is legit glad I found these guys.

Decent service but don't expect your package to get through customs if you're in the us,never actually got a love letter but three months later I still have no package so I assume customs took it.

Plain and simple, did not get my order. Hundreds of dollars gone.

First of all, I would definitely thank Jack (the guy that manages it all) for its help and its communication. He answered all my questions with extreme accuracy, from the day I wanted to order to the day I got it. Having someone so professional is deeply reassuring (especially because it was the 1st time I bought research chemicals). The order has been shipped something like 2 days after I paid, which is very fast. Everything was safely packed : the parcel was thin but got 2 layers (I'm not counting the cardboard) to keep the product out from deterioration. There had been serious issues with the delivery but it was because of french postal services (if you are French, DO NOT choose "tracked delivery" because Chronopost will manage the delivery and... they absolutely suck, you never really know where your parcel is). Jack tried to help me all along to finally get the parcel. I cannot guarantee the level of quality cause I'm not a professional but it seemed really clean production (it is made in Lizzard Labs that is to say a standard in EU). Conclusion : Excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this website, you can go there without any doubt, they know their job :-)
