Received 1 of 3 packages. Not impressed

G.O.A.T. vendor!

always on point and they ship very quickly thank you

I placed my original order with CC on 5/23 and it was shipped out the following day. Seventy-two mail days later (80 something days total) that envelope has not arrived. From watching the reviews it seems like almost no one was getting orders made in March, April or May. I honestly think this is a postal issue, not a vendor issue. As most everyone here has said, Jack's customer service is second to none. I contacted him on 7/22 to ask what he thought I should do; keep waiting on the first order or make a new one. He said he would be willing to give me a 50% reship though he had no obligation to do so. The reship order arrived on Friday 15 days from being sent. This second order was shipped from a different country which may have helped it arrive more smoothly but I'm not sure. The packaging was completely inconspicuous. I haven't researched any of the material yet but I have every reason to believe it will be high quality. I will certainly order from CC again. I gave a 4 star rating only because I didn't get my first order but Jack himself definitely gets 5! I run a business myself and recognize and appreciate well-run business with an attentive owner!

Packaging was very clandestine and arrived to Colorado in about 3 weeks. Customer service was excellent.

Got my order after 4 weeks in the US. Pretty happy. Got what I needed

Jack is a great person to talk with and do business with! He is very kind and understanding. The products that are sent are of the utmost quality and purity. You will get exactly what you order through him. Shipping is out of his control, however, and with the current pandemic, things are moving slowly. I will be a return customer with Jack at Chemical Collective! Thank you, Jack!

Although their prices tend to be on the higher end, you know you will get what your order. The communication, responsiveness and customer service is what really separates them from the competition. Its truly above and beyond. An absolute professional and a pleasure to do business with. If they just expanded their inventory a bit they would dominate the market.

One simply cannot go wrong with Chemical Collective for your RC needs! Customer service should get 10 stars. I have placed only 4 orders in 5 months, and I have probably exchanged 20 emails with Jack. No question or concern is too trivial for him to respond to. I don't know how he finds the time.

Got what I paid for in a timely manner(under 2 weeks), great quality and shipping 10/10 would recommend.

I have placed several orders. A few small ones did not arrive. I am sure that the postal system is at fault. The bigger orders all arrived fine. Jack gives excellent service and follow up!

Love you guys

Excellent service and good communication. Blotters to U.S. midwest in 12 days during the pandemic.
