Didn't receive the product in US for 6 weeks . Contacted Jack, and he is resending 50% of the order for free. It's not so much about money, but I am highly impressed with their follow-ups, and simply, caring for their customers. Most in this business are not as responsive, much less offer free replacement.

I really had a good experience with these guys, primarily from the excellent help I got (and continue to get) from their customer service rep Jack. He helped fix what needed fixed and always gets back to me quickly. That kind of thing is really important to me and I will be a customer for life. Can't recommend the high quality products and service higher!

Easy to work with and communicative. Very helpful working around payment problems (my fault) and the international shipping problems plaguing everyone recently. What you order is what you get. Aboveboard in my experience.

Was concerned at first, seeing other reviewers say CC has turnt scammer. Jack's always been friendly and supportive towards me as a customer. I recommend CC to most of my mates when we have nights out researching. He came through with my tracking number like a champ! Highly recommend this company.... They even included me a sample of anything I wanted for the delay! What more could you ask from a company???

Even with the current covid crisis, the shipping was faster than I had even considered. Actually, it was even shorter than the time listed online for int. orders. Thank you guys. You have a return customer for quality and shipping.

First purchase went without a hitch. Product (1P-LSD blotters) came in less than 2 weeks to US east coast in a nondescript envelope. Be careful that you check everything that looks like it could be junk mail before tossing in the trash. Product is as advertised. Will buy again.
