Chemical collective is one of the best vendors for research chemicals out there. They are very responsive, and even though I'm in a different continent I still get my mail relatively fast. (1-4 weeks). The person who runs the site even reshipped mail that probably got seized just to make up for it not arriving. I'm going to continue to use this site as long as they are operating!

All products exceeded the expectations of my pet rock. I placed an order at the beginning of May, which unfortunately due to the current situation worldwide did not arrive. I reached out to Jack (who was both courteous and prompt with his replies) and he advised me to give a little more time as packages where taking longer then usual. After another week or so Jack offered to do a reship at no cost to me, despite not having to due to the plainly stated policy on the site. Truth be told this speaks volumes to the kind of business man Jack is, he insured I got something for my money. After about 9 days the reship arrived and the contents were of the highest quality. If you look around you can see Jack has built up quite the reputation and after dealing with him, I can see it is well earned. A little patience goes a long way especially when it comes to matters beyond anyone's control. Jack has earned a repeat costumer for life.

Well on a fluke I found this place. Unsure as i was about it, I gave it a shot. Turns out they seem more legit than other sites because they are! I ordered 3 orders so far. I got the 2 biggest ones. I can only imagine either the mail has slowed down here and its still coming or perhaps maybe something happened but not only did they arrive what I ordered was amazing!!

Shipping took A long Time I give this 5 stars because these folks have convinced me they are running an honest business. My order didn't arrived after 49 days (7 weeks). No idea how a package can take so long and still make it, but the slowness was not their fault. In-between they sent me a consolation gift, that arrived in less than 2 wks, a very nice touch for an assumption that a delivery was lost in the mail. I'll be ordering again! My only complaint at this point is - I wish they were a little more responsive to email.
