Really nice customer support! I had just moved to another appartment shortly before my order and the facility service hadn't changed the name on the door bell and post box yet, so my tracked package could not be delivered to me and had to be sent back to chemical collective. When I described my situation to the support team the same day, they reacted really nice and immediately sent me a new package! They answered very quick and to all of my questions! The product worked very well too! The paper was a little bit yellowish due to a storage time of 5 Days in a package depot in a time when it was very hot outside those days. I hadn't tested the product (1cp) myself yet, but have been tripsitting someone who had reminded me very much of my own LSD-trips :) I am very happy with everything, thank you very much for the great, fast and patient service to Germany!!

Purchased some research chemicals back in May 2020 and they failed to arrive after 8 weeks. I got in contact with Jack and he offered me a partial reship. I received the reship after about two weeks. I live in the US for context. I was honestly concerned at first that I had been ripped off (mostly because of reading the 1-star reviews on this site), but seeing Jack follow through with the reship and eventually ending up with the RCs I was looking for was worth it. Great stealth. I'll come to them again in the future if I need to make another purchase. I'll update this review if the original shipment ever shows up, but at this point (10.5 weeks) I'm doubtful.
