I had placed an order in late May, unfortunately right around the time that NL shipping had been experiencing massive delays and losses, so I didn't receive the original package within the six-week window. However, Jack was more than happy to send out a 50% reship, so I did end up getting pretty much what I wanted out of the order, 16 days from email to door. Excellent service overall, very well packaged.

Excellent as always, although they have stopped stocking most of the best chemicals which is a real pity :(.

Hi David, I'm very sorry that you only receive one of three items. That is pretty awful really. Would you mind emailing me at staff@chemical-collective.com so I can take a look into that for you? Thanks Jack

The customer service was good, but I haven't received either of my two recent orders from this website and it's been 4 weeks for one and over 3 weeks for the other

Hi Matt, I'm sorry to hear neither of those orders have arrived still. We have been getting some crazy delays due to covid, so hopefully that is the only issue. Anyway, feel free to email me at staff@chemical-collective.com to keep me updated on their arrival and if they don't turn up we'll try to resolve the situation as best we can! All the best Jack

Made my first order and with delay in shipping times it still arrived without much delay. Ordered a gram of O-PCE and showed up just in time for 4th of July to enjoy the fireworks.
