I placed a Chemical Collective order on June 6th 2020. 6 weeks later and it still has not arrived. Covid 19 has nothing to do with it as I've gotten multiple overseas orders from other online vendors in half the time. Now after reading about many others being scammed by Chemical Collective, I'm certain that I got ripped off. A friend of mine who placed an order prior to mine hasn't gotten his either. Now I'm noticing lots of positive reviews coming from New and suspicious accounts. Chemical Collective is just scamming people.

Hi Brett! I'm very sorry you came away with that impression after ordering with us :/ though to be honest it is understandable if you didn't even receive your order. If you wouldn't mind emailing me at staff@chemical-collective.com I can take a look into this for you and see if we can go some way to resolving the situation. All the best Jack

Ordered on May 23rd from the Eastern U.S. and the order was processed by May 24th. Was really hoping this site was legit, as I had some plans for a research experiment on July 4th. The order has yet to show up. I expected some delays in shipping time due to COVID-19, but have lost hope of it ever arriving at this point.

Hi Christopher, Sorry to hear your order never showed up. 2 months is definitely a worryingly long time for a delivery to take. If you can email me at staff@chemical-collective.com I can take a look into this and try to resolve the situation. All the best Jack

Hi Joshua! Sorry to hear that only one of three orders arrived. One out of three is a really unacceptable success rate :/ If you could email me at staff@chemical-collective.com I will see if I can go some way to resolving the situation for you. All the best Jack
