Received one order, did not receive the other order to USA. Tried to contact them to see if there was anything they could do about it, didn't get a response, but can't blame them with COVID-19 going on.Will place another small order to see if I can get another package to me. Thread with caution.

For those considering an order, my last one took about two weeks to arrive (untracked, which is recommended) My current order was made 1 July, received 14 July. The product is excellent. Reasonable delivery times (coming from Europe to US). Packaging was discreet. Research was great and consistent in quality. Also, I find the pricing to be EXTREMELY fair.

The whole buying and checkout process was easy. I could only pay by Bitcoin or direct transfer :/ It took a few weeks for my order to arrive, but that is excusable in times of corona where even Amazon takes longer for shipping. Package was very neutral and my order was securely packaged inside. I'd recommend the service of chemical collective

Hi Enosh! Sorry that your order still hasn't arrived. I emailed you a few weeks ago asking you to inform me if it didn't turn up but I never heard back from you. If you contact us at the same address I'll see if we can go some way to resolving the situation! All the best Jack

Paid for a product 49 days ago and still nothing in my mailbox. I realize there is a pandemic happening right now but it's not even shipping from that far away. I will probably not order from this site again. The only saving grace is the customer service. They are fast to reply and courteous. If I ever order again, it will be for that reason alone.

Hi there! I'm very sorry that your order never arrived. 49 days is indeed a very long time, even with the delays caused by the pandemic. Would you mind emailing me at staff@chemical-collective.com so I can take a look into that for you? Thanks Jack
