Hi Rick! Sorry to hear you didn't get a confirmation email from us. I received your email notifying us that you hadn't received one and I responded a couple hours later but I'm assuming our emails have been going straight to your spam folder. Here's the email I sent: "Hi there Richard. I'm very sorry for the confusion, you should have received a confirmation email from us after your payment went through. I just checked and your order was shipped on January 16th. Perhaps the email ended up in your spam folder? Anyway, I can tell you your order was definitely shipped on January 16th! Apologies again for the confusion. All the best Jack" I also sent you this email from my separate Protonmail account hoping that would get past your spam filter but I'm guessing that ended up in your junk folder also! I will send you an email now, so if you could check in your spam folder and whitelist our email address then you'll receive all of our emails in the future! Apologies again for the confusion! Jack EDIT: I just tried sending you an email via the address you provided when filling out the contact form and I got a "email returned to sender" notification, so perhaps there was a typo in the email address you provided? Either that or it's our mail server misbehaving!

Hi Vernie, It seems all of our emails have been going straight to your spam as Yahoo Mail doesn't seem to like our mail server for some reason! I was about to email you from my personal Protonmail account but I will respond to you on here instead. Please check your spam folder as I just replied to the email you sent half an hour ago. It has your tracking information in it. Hopefully you'll be able to whitelist our email address and then you'll get all of our emails in the future.
