Ran into some trouble with shipping which I understand to be a larger problem with things coming out of NL rather than just a problem with this vendor. When I reached out to customer service Jack responded quickly and helped me tremendously in getting my order.

I ordered the first week of May and it got lost due to the pandemic. Jack is great and resent 50% of my order and that showed up just under two weeks to the West Coast US. Very stealthy, great product, great communication, great company, would definitely recommend

Response from Chemical Collective

Hey there! Apologies for the slow response (we're very understaffed at the minute!) and sorry to hear your order never turned up. Could you email me at staff@chemical-collective.com so I can look into that for you? Thanks! Jack

I placed an order on may 18th. It is already July, and I never received my order.

Never received my first order placed back in mid-April but Jack has gone above and beyond to explain the situation during this pandemic and work with me to get everything situated. Since then I have taken chances on a few other orders that were received in about a week. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with how it all worked out during an extremely unorthodox period. Would certainly recommend.

Professional and kind service. Really enjoy ordering from here. Shipping takes a while but with Covid it's to be expected.

Orders always arrive earlier than expected and products have always been top notch. Even with products that are very hard to find with high purity, chemical collective has yet to fail me. Will definitely continue being a loyal customer.

Amazing product quality and fast reship after initial package was lost due to COVID complications. Top notch customer service along the way to boot. Can't recommend this site, it's product and services enough. Jack's the man!
