Quick and responsive service, great products

Great product, they inadvertently sent me half of what I paid for but were quick to correct this error and sent me the correct amount quickly.

First 10 or so orders came relatively quickly and were excellent quality, as well as decently priced. Communication with Jack was always prompt and I found him to be very helpful and thorough. Orders were taking about a week or two to arrive, which was pretty quick (I'm in the US) but not quick enough to keep up with demand so, having built a rapport with Jack and trusting the ethics of his company I placed 6 orders totalling 800 hits of 1P-LSD in fairly quick succession. During this time Corona hit, and only 100 of the 800 made it here. The orders were untracked, so Jack was under no obligation to reship anything, but he did anyway (500 of 700 hits, so roughly 75%, which I thought was more than fair). After I received conformation from him that they had shipped it was only about 6 days and they were here. The customer service from this company (Jack) has really been outstanding. 10/10 really can't say it enough. Update: placed another order for 500 tabs of 1P-LSD and received it in about a week. I've never gotten better customer service than with Chem Collective. They deserve an award. Ps, Jack, are you married? Lol. Kidding. Kind of.

I love this company and have enjoyed the many products they have to offer. On reddit whenever someone asks for a source this is my go to. I love Jack and his ability to run customer service. Overall would recommend and am definitely making more purchases in the future. Jack if you're reading this i hope you're sailing on smooth waters during these hard times :) -L

Jack and CC are just the absolute best. I was referred by a friend and am beyond thankful for it! I ordered around mid June and it arrived in about 12 or so days to Florida. Exceptionally fast shipping and very discrete. Not to mention the quality of his product, just amazing. Jack was quick to answer any questions and was just too nice. This was my best experience ordering online and I urge you to give Chemical Collective a chance, you will not be disappointed!

I was worried from the reports but I trust this company, so I ordered when reviews stated that reships were getting received. So this is the third time I have ordered and received my order with no issue. Received it in less than a month as a US resident ordering chemistry samples for hobby experiments.

Simply the best. There is no alternative. 11 days shipping to arrive west coast. Sadly the post is a little slow with the current pandemic situation, but my reship mercifully just arrived. Thank you so much Jack!

good communication, great service

It took some time for the second half of the order to arrive. Jack has been more than helpful during the whole transaction. Shipping delays due to covid are not CCs fault and unfortunly it will take some time for orders to arrive to the u.s. product purity is above expectations and packaging is discreet. Appears as junk mail so don't go throwing away some random mail that looks unfamiliar or some sort of pyramid scheme lol it could very well be that awaited package.

Product came after 3 weeks (to Germany) but was excellent quality.
