I placed two orders, both of which never arrived. Before I am asked why I never reported this to the company, the website policy is NO RESHIP so there was no point. When the first order never came I gave them the benefit of the doubt based on this board and ordered again but still no shipment.

Hi there! I'm very sorry to hear you haven't received either order from us. Does that include your order from February? That is surprising as we weren't having many issues with postage around that time and generally our blotters have a very good success rate.
