I have faith that both packages will come.(order separated/shipped via stealth) as of today i have received 1 of the 2. Ordered on May 8th. It arrived in the Midwest united states in just under a month. Patience is a virtue with the global sitation and the mail going through usps right now is an absolute mess. Some mail going to heavily populated states/areas are taking longer to sort through according to the usps site. Jack is responsive and a down to earth guy. The CC is discrete and reliable, just give it time unfortunately mail coming through usps will be slow for everyone at the moment.

Hi Ernesto! Sorry that you still haven't received your order. I just checked and we responded to both of your emails from April 6th and April 26th. I'm guessing that our emails were ending up in your spam folder for some reason. Can you email us at chemical-collective@protonmail.com as that email address always seems to get past spam filters for some reason? Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience (and missing order). Jack

I placed an order on may 25th, and I received my analytical sample in 8 days. The packaging was very neat, and the Shipping label looked professional. My Sample performed as advertised with quality results.

Hey Jessie, Sorry to hear you still haven't received your order! There have been a huge amount of delays between April-early May. From reading online, it seems that a lot of shipments were being made by sea around this time. Can you send an email to staff@chemical-collective.com so I can take a look into this for you? Thanks! Jack is a Wizard. I live on East Coast US and it arrived on the 7th day (only 5 business days). Beyond Impressed.

Shipping was very slow BUT it was due to the pandemic, so it's no fault of them. They have been very communicative and informative about the delays. Products and customer service are high quality as usual. This is why I always return to Chemical Collective. Thanks!

I made an order just before the coronavirus exploded on to the scene and disrupted international shipping. After 4 weeks, I Emailed Chemical Collective and got an immediate, helpful, clear, polite response. They offered to reship a half order, even though there was still a chance my original order might show up. Original order never did make it, but the half order reship made it to my mailbox (in the Pacific NW USA) in about a week. Superb quality product, excellent and prompt customer service, fast & discreet shipping. Long live Chemical Collective ! ! :)
