Well, the first order never came through but these guys were nice enough to resend half (still somewhat disappointing but better than nothing! What can you do? Snail mail and whatnot) It arrived today and I am very excited :) Thank you again to Jack for being a great communicator!!! Edited: from 4 to 5. Excellent for research.

Great products, great service, great shipping method. Made 2 orders recieved the last order first. Awaiting the first order. Jack is the man. He was very helpful to me while navigating through the ordering process. Shipped to USA without a problem. I wish I could give them more stars.

This is my favorite vendor for RC's. The customer service blows the competition out of the water and every product I have received has been on point. I placed a good-sized order about six weeks ago and only received half of it because the other package got lost or seized (This kind of thing comes with the territory. You accept the risk when you order). I was pretty sad about it and was anxious to even say anything about it since I'm a new customer and for all they know I could be trying to scam them. Jack happily re-sent half the contents of the initial missing package at no cost to me. I didn't buy insurance or use tracking so he didn't have to do that. I can't recommend Chemical Collective enough. There are a lot of vendors out there with good-enough quality products, but they don't have anything on the Collective's customer service. Jack does his best to keep his customers happy.

Took a bit over six weeks to get to Canada but my order did come in. Order was sent 2 days after payment. I blame the ongoing pandemic situation for this, not CC. I had shopped around and CC had the best prices I could find. Add some awesome customer support and amazing packaging and what you get is a top notch company! You guys rock!

Will update if received. Ordered April 22nd, haven't received yet. I've made purchases in the past that arrived successfully, but I'm beginning to get worried about this most recent order. However I do have at least some faith, attributing the delay to the current covid pandemic. SM

Update 7/2: Jack was kind enough to do a free reship and I just received my order today. They go above and beyond to rectify problems and I will gladly order again. Be sure to reach out to Jack Update: waiting a few more days agreed to 50% reship Ordered April 22 and nothing as of May 27. First time order. I really thought 5 weeks would be enough time reach the west coast. Don't think it's legit learn from my mistake.

100% legit...if you ordered in April or early may, your stuff is probably sitting on a ship still waiting to be sorted..placed an order may 15th and recieved it on may 26th. If you go to the USPS website they will tell you alot of the mail that came by sea still hasn't been sorted and might not be for several more weeks....if people could do just a minor bit of research they would realise it's no fault of the collective....
