Delivery was impacted by covid, but Jack sorted everything out and was incredibly helpful. Amazing communication and service! Much love!

Package came in about 2-2.5 weeks, Very well packaged and excellent customer service to boot. Jack responds very quickly!

Great company. No problems. Jack is a big help when you need it.

Fast, even in Corona-Time.

Fast response. Great research product.

As good as it gets. Fast shipping, excellent customer interaction, great products. Great for all your lab needs.

discrete packaging, and quality product; would recommend

Trustworthy vendor with discreet packaging and timely delivery. Two thumbs up!

Very good, two weeks arrival.

Really helpful, prompt and professional. An easy first choice.

It should be somewhat expected that the first order was a success in shipping and laboratory! *What I am happy to see is a vendor who is actually responsible and is transparent about their products. Labeling and packaging is top-notch, hands-down.Product was a new listing, Although in hindsight, I kick mysef for not buying a disso sampler instead, as the quality of the item was A+, but not my top-choice.It was an impulse buy, of sorts, and testing the waters. **I am hoping that this be the vendor that finally adds a stimulant sampler option. Here's why that's a heroic deed if he does. 2 Vendors, i was a new customer, and chose items I hadn't tested yet instead of the product thats familiar and a definite win. Each had mediocre reps and orders were about $125 Unhappy, 18 mths goes by and the chem i need was OOS except for those 2 vendors....when they arrived, it was like christmas! They would have made $125 x 20, if they simply made a sample pack theyd have been like $3000 richer, in that Id have know science was to blame for the bad first impression...I have faith they'll consider it any way

had an order missing from months ago from his previous company and he still made it right. i highly recommend Jack as he is professional fast and quick to solve issues. i will forever recommend this site or whatever else he is a part of.

I was worried about shipping delays or the package getting lost. It came in less than 2 weeks and the quality is great! Thanks so much.

Best Shop! First the Production was delivered by dpd, 3 weeks - no Product. The i write jack, he canceled the ship and Send of again with dhl - now 4 days Later it arrivied. Thank you Jack

I'm very thankful for the service, quality and care that comes from this Team.

Everything was fine. Thank you

Great experience

I asked a question over your "contact us" section over 3 days ago. no reply. Also, i ordered something from you guys nearly a month ago. You claim to not have any control over shipping but i dont know of ANY other company that takes that long to ship something. Maybe consider switching carriers.

Haven't had a bad experience yet! Always sad to see bad reviews being posted from people that don't understand the situation.

Chemical Collective is a reputable company who do exactly as advertised. At this point I have no issues with their products or service
