Still haven't received my order (#24063) that I placed on March 28th. However, Jack has been quick to respond to any questions I've had. So I very much appreciate that. Hopefully it's just hung up in the mail. (As I believe this company to be completely legit.) I will change my rating to a 5 whenever I receive my package, or am given notice by customs. As of now 5/26 nothing in the mail

So far so good. Waiting on my shipment to arrive - it is about 20 days out since it was mailed in my direction but with the Covid-19 things are a little slower than usual.

Part of my order was delayed and thought to be lost.. I contacted Jack and he was very responsive and offered to reship something for 50% off even though my shipping was not insured which was very fair. Luckily the package ended up showing up anyway. So I guess things can take awhile to reach US but that is understandable- the vendor themself ships out orders really quickly. They also take photos of every order as it goes out and split orders up into separate packages which is really smart. Seems to be a really well run business and has earned my trust as a vendor.

Probably due to the current situation (pandemic containment), shipping took 24 days to Germany, so some patience might be required. However, I wouldn't blame the company, as everything else showed an outstanding sense for customer service! Jack answered immediately on a question I had. Shipment was safe and discrete. I am absolutely satisfied!

I have not received 2 different orders from your company on the mail. They never showed up . I would be a $50-100 per month customer but instead I have to find a new company for 1p-LSD
