Ordered five blotters from them, they sent it two days after payment, and I received them ten days later (I live in Paris, France). As said in other reviews, Jack replies quickly and actually tries to solves issues when there is one! Note that there was an issue with DPD where they packaged the parcel really weirdly and I could not find my order inside - I thought and wrote that Chemical Collective were scammers, but please dismiss that, Jack helped me through this issue. Will likely buy again in the future!

Hey there, Sorry to hear there wasn't anything in the envelope but cardboard. That is very bizarre. We do occasionally make the mistake of sending the wrong product but I don't think we've ever managed to actually ship nothing before, so that is odd. Have been a consistent customer for awhile now and never had any issues that have not been resolved by Jack !! So I stick with this and currently had 4 orders placed and so far only one has arrived to the US ?! I see alot of posts of successful shipping and I've never had an order take more than 2 weeks to arrive until now so I'm hoping for the best !!
