Very reliable company with a very kind and caring customer service, thanks Jack and Chemical Collective, for all the work you do. My order arrived within 3 weeks despite Covid 19. Looking forward to more good discovery.

Consistent, great service. I have ordered from them a few times in the past. I only recently had an issue where one of the items I ordered was never received, which wasn't the end of the world. Aside from that little hiccup, I have absolutely no complaints. I will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Hi Jon! Sorry to hear your order never arrived. We have been experiencing some crazy delays currently due to the Coronavirus. Many orders are taking 3-4 weeks or even longer. We aren't currently considering an order officially lost/seized until 5 weeks after shipping, so could you get in touch at that time and let us know if it's arrived or not? You can contact us at staff@chemical-collective.com. All the best Jack

Hey there, Sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. We have been experiencing a lot more delays than usual lately due to Covid-19. We don't consider an order officially lost/seized until 5 weeks after shipping (usually 4 weeks, but we're giving extra time to account for delays) so could you let us know by then if your order has arrived or not? You can contact us at staff@chemical-collective.com All the best Jack EDIT: I'm not sure if you contacted us yet, but if not, feel free to do so as I can't see any info regarding your order on this review to look into it!
