After about one week of waiting I got a little impatient and wrote their customer service, asking whether they've had forgotten to send my order and within two hours I received a friendly and informative answer. Obviously delivery was just taking longer due to the covid situation and my order arrived a few days later. Service, packaging and product quality are top-tier, thanks a lot!

CC simply cannot be beat, either in customer service or product quality. Probably sounds like I either work for them or I'm married to Jack, but I promise you I do not and I am not. I am a relatively new customer and I have placed two orders, both of which arrived in my mailbox exactly 10 days later.. Jack sent me a freebie due to a minor mistake on their part and I got that one in about 14 days. As I reside in Florida and this pandemic thing is going on, I consider this as nothing short of a minor miracle!!! And I have NEVER sent any inquiry that was not answered super fast, and there were a lot of them due to the fact that I have NO experience with crypto currency. One simply cannot go wrong with this company!

Delivery time 10/5 LIGHTNING fast, seriously people, I have never received a package from Netherlands this quick. To clarify the package was delivered to eastern europe. I cannot speak yet about the product quality but be assured that the lab bats are smacking their lips excitedly, waiting impatiently for the right moment.
