I'm back to you as promised in my last review, to explain my experience with your company. I genuinely thought for 8 days that my order was a scam because the package remained stagnant for over a week with no movement and no updates. Whereas last time, it was tracked and resolved within 4 days. So mea culpa !
However, i'm still disapointed with the communication between you and me compared to the last time. It was also this attitude that made me think it was a scam. I believe you should clearly explain the waiting times and the reasons for your silence when contacted by mail.
In conclusion, the order has finally been received, and the product is as expected. Hoping that our future interactions will be more peaceful.

Hey Mig,
Thank you for getting back in contact and for your feedback. We appreciate all the feedback we receive from our customers, as it's the only way we know where we need to improve. Firstly, I would like to apologise again for the delay in the receival of your most recent Order. Sadly, you were not the only customer whose DPD package got delayed at this depot, and we had a huge increase of emails and complaints about the same situation. Whilst this is not an excuse for the lack of communication, I thought it would be beneficial to inform you as to why our replies were slightly slower this time. Because we were not aware of this delay with DPD until almost a week after we had shipped the orders, we were not able to inform the customers, yourself included, or prewarn you that there would be delays. We were just as frustrated as you and the other customers who had their orders delayed. So we do appreciate that this situation was not the kind of service you expect from us.
Since then, we have been using a completely different DPD Depot drop-off, to prevent a situation like this from happening again. We aim to be transparent to our customers, and I am sorry that your interactions with us were not to the usual standard we hold. As always, we appreciate your custom and support <3

I checked 10 times that everything was correct. there isn't an email in the spam inbox, and you don't reply to my emails..
