Sadly no answer since a week. One of my orders did not arrive. So I started a search investigation and a decade later I got the result that nothing has been found :/ It's tracked so I don't understand. But I send it to the team and now no one answers anymore. Seems like the reship gurantee is not real. Will changed my review if it's just vacation so there is no answer. Another order had no issues.
