Super service, fast delivery, cool stickers, love you guys. My only issue, one time I bought 2×1-D`s and one felt like +200mq and the other like -100mq. But that is not that bad for me. It would became maybe bad for someone who isn't experienced. But how I said, I love you guys, please don't poison me when I order next time:)

I ordered 25 pellets, and one was missing. The support responded within 48 hours and issued a coupon code for me, allowing me to receive 2 extra pellets with my next order. This is the first time something went wrong out of 2 orders.

My order never arrived and they only told me that I had to have placed the order by premium mail… it is just a letter and for €80 it should have certified mail

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, you selected PostNL Untracked Airmail as your shipping method, which does not include tracking - I am sorry about this. In order to have certified mail, you need to select this option at the check-out. I am aware that there have been major postal service delays, due to the holiday season, so your envelope is potentially delayed due to these.
