I ordered a set of belts for my longboard on July 12th that said 2 to 5 days shipping. Here it is July 23 & It says they're out for delivery supposedly. I needed them belts as my board is my transportation.

Just really thankful that you guys exist. I'm a big fan of my Boosted board, and having a trusted, economical solution to fix and secure parts is a blessing. Your customer service is top-notch, and we'll recommend it to other Boosted board tribesmen.

I wanted to keep and use the maker's box, but when the package arrived, the box was dirty and shabby because of the shipping. It would be great if you could only pack it in the shipping box. Other than that, I am satisfied. Customer support gave me timely responses. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Customer service was very helpful in getting the right belt size for my board. Belts work like a charm and I do not have to worry about buying more with the lifetime warranty. Very satisfied with the product and company.

Prices and products are cool, but I can't figure out how to track my order (paid and shipped through PayPal). I tried leaving a message but was never called back. Can't wait to receive it though !
