Alex at eboardstuff is knowledgeable, patience and generous. Three qualities I value when communicating with an online shop. I am very pleased to report that the lifetime guarantee on my HyperDrive belts is genuine and I've received replacement belts in less than a week.
Those belts are built so tough, even though it was falling apart, it didn't rip which allowed me to get home safely.
I bought a 97mm conversion kit second-hand from a fellow Boosted rider and Alex helped me out with bearing replacement during the install. All in all, Alex is running a great business and I intend to remain a customer throughout my adventures as a Boosted rider!

There was an error with my order however when I reported it, I was immediately helped and the issue was resolved free of charge. Which is ironic because the Boosted Customer Sercive wasn't even that helpful. At first I thought the kits prices were unreasonable but after having that contact, I have since changed my mind and now think they are a worthy investment.

HyperDrive belts I got are great but the additional belt it came with it was thinner than the other two. Not sure how this affects the drive but since there is less surface area on the belt to the gear, I take it that the motor is working harder but having a little less power transfer to the wheel. How much power is lost, I don't know so I swapped it out. Luckily it comes with three but if one of them were to break then I'll have one good belt and one thin belt until I get sent a replacement. Other than the thin belt I got, this thing is really durable

I have nothing but great things to say about not only the product but the customer support I received. I bought a set of life time belts and they have worked exceptionally well. I broke my stock belt on my Boosted Mini X within the first 50mi (I ride slightly aggressive). After putting these belts on, I have had no issues over the past 100+ miles and they still appear in good shape.
I work out of the country and while I was in the states I made a request for some spare belts since I would be out of the country for the majority of the year and even offered to pay but Alex helped me out and shipped me extra belts, bearing lube, and covered shipping cost.
I am very pleased with the product (Hyperdrive Lifetime Belts) and even more impressed with the wealth of support I received. Easily 5 stars
