Before taking this product, I would fear travel. I would not leave my house till 10 or 11:00 as I’ve gone to the bathroom, maybe five times each morning My husband and I had difficulty traveling because I would have to stop and find bathrooms along the way it made my life truly miserable

I have multiple suboptimal DAO and HMNT SNIPs and would frequently get whole body flushes and hives a eventually figured out it was histamine. I modified my diet and cooking and rapidly freeze "planned overs" and added am expensive DAO supplement with my meals. I tried yours and it works better and switched. It also helps with waking up due to histamine and migraines. I rarely have either and usually "not fresh enough cooked fish" for me. I take them daily before my largest midday meal.
