Better sleep, better Bm's

Magnesium-HP™
My review title tells you enough. As others have noted, this helped with my constipation which was causing other problems and now when I take 3 of these at bedtime, I sleep even better (was already a pretty good sleeper) and I wake up and have a bm within an hour or so. Definitely will continue to take these.

HoloZyme™
I have been using Holozyme for at least a year now. It absolutely had a positive effect on my digestive system. I like to take a couple of capsules every time I eat sometimes more if I feel like my meal was of poor quality. I'll often take 2 without food a bit before bedtime. I use it regularly and it is great for keeping me regular!!!

BeSerene™ Instant Relief
It was nice to get rid of some of the Gummies and ZQUIL and other sleep supplements.
And replaced with something that isn’t going to upset my stomach. Very effective and easy.
