Totally grateful to have found these. I have found if I remember to take DAO enzyme 20 mins before eating histamine - they are absolutely brilliant - I can eat anything. If I take them at the time of eating ( sometimes happens) - then they give some cover but certainly way more powerful if I remember to take early and allow to metabolize.
