Be Serene crème is part of my nightly routine to wind down for sleep! The gaba and L-theonine together in the crème are very convenient!

BeSerene™ Instant Relief
I like the be serene cream a lot but the company struggles with the business side of things and getting orders correct. It took me several times and different ways to finally correct the issue of switching the daily serene pill to the cream. Now that it finally got switched I’m not receiving my auto ship at all now.

I've been purchasing from this company close to four years I think and I can't take everything due to all of my sensitivities. I do believe this is working, however I still do get Charley Horses a few times a month I don't have restless legs anymore.

HoloImmune™
It took a whole year to go from a few sprinkles to half a capsule to a whole capsule because , if I tried to go to fast it caused excessive gas. But with persistence I continued to do better and better. I can now take a whole capsule with my lunch along with 2 holozyme and my gut works either way me not against me. I couldn’t tolerate other probiotics in the past without shutting me down. Thanks
