I am not 100% sure that this product alone helped with these issues since I am taking many, but my hemoglobin a1c improved greatly (no diet changes), and my histamine/ mast cell issues also improved.
Also, the customer service at this company is outstanding. They respond to requests in narrative and tend to every detail. I would definitely buy from them again !

Before Holozymes I was using prescription digestion enzymes together with brush border enzymes, and it was not enough for proper digestion in my case.
