Holocene is amazing. I have tried many types of enzymes in the past but holidays works the best for me. Everyone is different so may experience different outcomes. Somehow, taking Holocene before bed does not work for me and gives me acid reflux. But they work great for me during the day before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
