I had tried very extensively for a little more than 3 years to restore a destroyed microbiome by buying practitioner recommended prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics. I finally found whil taking the BYRG course that their supplement trio of MegaPre, MegaSporeBiotic and Tributyrin-X seemed to restore a more normal digestive system. I do believe that taking Tributyrin-X will continue to restore a more diversified microbiome and even allow sometime down the road a self sustaining microbiome.
