Food sensitivities are decreasing with the use of this supplement

I am still in the early stages on my Holoimmune journey, taking from 1/4 to 1/3 of a capsule most days. Experience has taught me I need to start any new supplement slowly and build up. I believe in this one, and I intend to stick it out. I do feel benefits already. I have been using BeSerene for a few weeks now and have been feeling calmer during the day. I use it twice a day, once in the morning when my cortisol is over the upper limit and once before bed. So far I absolutely LOVE it! It was recommended by my functional medicine dr.

I take it before going to bed and then I wake up 3-4 hrs later and can’t go back to sleep. I rub this on my wrists and I doze back off after maybe 5 min or so. Can’t be without this

Tightened up my dysbiosis in my gut

I have taken this product since 1 year or more - and I am convinced of the positive effect on my health.
I have also recommended it to my daughter, who has started it recently. She suffers from various types of allergies - and has tried other products without having noticed any particular effect.

I like the fact that it uses specific species of bacteria and utilizes the gut to improve the immune system instead of just adding additional vitamins.
