I'm in love with these products. TCL Guard was exactly what I needed to soothe and comfort my digestive system. I ordered this along with Tributyrin-X as it's a better form of the much needed Butyrate. Along with a few bottles of the digestive enzymes. The quality ingredients..... the combination of ingredients and the quantity of the ingredients is incredible. It's only been 2 weeks and I feel a huge difference in my digestion and energy levels. I have used enzymes to help with my digestive issues and pancreatic insuffiency for many years. I have tried Dozens of brands, finding ones that worked better or less well. I often gravitated to enzyme products that had MANY different, powerful enzymes--realizing that different foods really need different enzymes to get the food digested fully. I had found a pretty good set up. Then, I read the information from Steven with Healthy Gut, and saw how this new enzyme combination would be very helpful--especially for different types of carbs, which are my hardest ones to digest--still having bloating if I didn't eat just a certain small quantity of carbs and vegetables. I bought the Holozyme and after the VERY FIRST meal, I could feel the difference--it was EXACTLY what I needed to digest those difficult Veggies and carbs. No more bloating with salad veggies!! Taking HoloZyme with my meals seems to help me digest vegetables and most other foods. I sill need to take a hydrochloric acid/pepsin supplement to help me digest heavy protein foods such as red meat. I'm not sure if the lactase enzyme present in HoloZyme is good to take since I never eat dairy or foods containing lactose. But I feel like the Holozyme does help reduce or prevent gas and bloating from foods that might cause it. Overall, it is a helpful supplement.
