I have been a long-time fan of Jordan and Steve - the information they've shared over the years has been invaluable in helping us navigate the overwhelming/frustrating area of gut issues. I was very excited when they introduced supplements a few years back and am a big fan of HCL Guard as it has been a live-saver for me!
Great customer service too!
When I recently had an issue with their auto-ship program, they were quick to respond and resolve the matter. In fact, whenever I've had a question, they have always been quick to respond with a helpful answer.
I look forward to seeing what they have to offer in the future!

I had some trouble getting my order to go through. Someone sent me an invoice when the order had not gone through. Nevertheless, they were very responsive and pleasant.

Shipping was slow as expected but customer service was very prompt and helpful. The only reason for one less star on shopping experience is that the unsolicited pressure to purchase other products after purchasing this one and being told that if I don't act NOW I will NEVER get this price again made me very wary and uncomfortable about having given my credit card information. As for the efficacy of the actual product, I haven't used it long enough to know yet if it's really helping me.
