In the midst of this migration, my department needed to construct a new Intranet page, and migrate over 40 Info Path forms/ SharePoint Designer workflows, into Nintex forms and workflows. Keeping in mind, we had only 1 year to get this all done, and IncWorx came in to help achieve this strict timeline/ goal. IncWorx was very patient, professional, understanding and knowledgeable.

I've enjoyed working with Jason over these past couple of years. He is very friendly but still professional. When we need something done quickly, he is prompt. He's also flexible for when we need to push something to the back burner, or up it in priority. Personally, I greatly appreciate it when he takes the time to explain the "how" of things so that I can learn to do some of the smaller things myself, like simple things in Designer. (Though I know he's there for when/if I mess it up and need help!)

I have been working in the SharePoint space for well over a decade at this point. In that time I have been thrust into working with any number of SharePoint vendors and support crews. I was convinced that the entire idea of "SharePoint" support was a fallacy as I just couldn't find anyone that could provide me with anything I didn't already know.
Then I worked with Incworx. These guys are on it and their collective knowledge base is immense and greatly helpful. I have hit some really esoteric issues with SharePoint (aren't they all?) and having their massive experience at my availability has helped me through them and we've both come out the other side better for it.
Their development resources are well versed not only in SharePoint but modern patterns and practices so you aren't going to get some spaghetti code mess that while it works wont be supportable (who hasn't hit that wall?)
All in all these guys are the gold standard for SharePoint work. Hell they are the gold standard for any computing resources you may need (we've had great luck with straight up SQL resources from them as well). I guess what I'm trying to say is that unlike many of their competitors, it isn't important for them to just bill hours, it is important for them to actually be of use. These guys are no joke, period!

We're very happy with the intranet-in-a-box product. The initial product delivered was well thought out and executed. Having never used SharePoint before, I was unsure if I could manage it, but with the follow-up one-on-one training and some SharePoint training on the web, I've been able to personalize the content easily. My company is very pleased with the results. My only critique would be with the cost of follow-up training.The provided user guide is not as comprehensive as I hoped it would be, so I did need to do a follow-up. The guys I talked with were very helpful though and worked to meet a tight deadline. Overall, extremely satisfied with the purchase.
