The experience have been wonderful. We originally had different vendor who did much of customization for our SharePoint sites. But the work was always incomplete and months delayed.
After the bad experience we had to get some help and fast. Eventually we decided on IncWorx who had promised to help with all of our pending and future projects. They were very nice to work with and was able to understand our customization. Then complete all of our requirements in time.
Best thing about them is their support. For any new project and issues they reply fast and deploy at our convince, may it be early morning or late night. When needed they also explain in details how the process works and how it is editable.
