An experienced technical support company installed and set up SharePoint for us. While they were able to do quite a lot of support, they did not specialize in SharePoint and there were some issues they were unable to resolve. We decided to look for a consulting firm that specializes in SharePoint. IncWorx stood out from the rest. They had very good references and both breadth and depth of expertise. We learned a lot during the initial onboarding with them. Within a short period of time, they were able to successfully resolve all of the outstanding issues and have kept our intranet running smoothly. All of the work they have performed has always been done on schedule and to spec. The experience have been wonderful. We originally had different vendor who did much of customization for our SharePoint sites. But the work was always incomplete and months delayed.
