IncWorx has been a stellar team. We initially brought them on for support and then realized we needed additional guidance to keep up with our competitors. We are so glad we had IncWorx to show us the right path forward in Office 365 and beyond.

We have worked with Incworx for several years now, and they are responsive, friendly, and provide excellent work and overall service. If the consultant I'm working with doesn't have expertise in a particular area of need, another expert will be pulled in to fill in the gaps. In the rare instance where we've experienced a problem, Incworx has made a prompt assessment, revision, and they make everything right again.

I've never met any of the consultants in person, yet I feel more connected to them than I ever have with the multitude of local vendors we used to work with in the past. I was worried virtual support would not be as good as using local vendors we could meet with in person. I was wrong; Incworx has provided the best vendor experience we've ever had! I look forward to working with them well into the future!

An experienced technical support company installed and set up SharePoint for us. While they were able to do quite a lot of support, they did not specialize in SharePoint and there were some issues they were unable to resolve. We decided to look for a consulting firm that specializes in SharePoint. IncWorx stood out from the rest. They had very good references and both breadth and depth of expertise. We learned a lot during the initial onboarding with them. Within a short period of time, they were able to successfully resolve all of the outstanding issues and have kept our intranet running smoothly. We've now worked with IncWorx for 3 years and have been very happy with the support and consulting they provide. Questions are answered quickly and thoroughly. All of the work they have performed has always been done on schedule and to spec. They provide guidance informed by their wide range of experience which gives us confidence that we are considering all the options. We are now working with them to migrate to SharePoint Online. They are strong partners, providing what we need, when we need it, and we are confident about the successful outcome of the migration later this year.

The experience have been wonderful. We originally had different vendor who did much of customization for our SharePoint sites. But the work was always incomplete and months delayed.
After the bad experience we had to get some help and fast. Eventually we decided on IncWorx who had promised to help with all of our pending and future projects. They were very nice to work with and was able to understand our customization. Then complete all of our requirements in time.
Best thing about them is their support. For any new project and issues they reply fast and deploy at our convince, may it be early morning or late night. When needed they also explain in details how the process works and how it is editable.

Using a new vendor is always a little scary. Honestly, I only tried Incwork because I had a bad experience with another SharePoint company and they did come highly recommended to me from a colleague. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome, they were able to get done what I needed to get done for FREE!

My organization migrated from MOSS 2007 to SharePoint 2010 and we used IncWorx Consulting to do it. They enlightened us on how to use our SharePoint Planning and Deployment Services (SDPS)Vouchers within our Software Assurance benefits. These vouchers in conjunction with Microsoft, is what gave us the the ability to upgrade for free.

We would strongly recommend IncWorx for anything SharePoint related because not only were they able to do all that with the vouchers, their people were simply outstanding to work with and the migration was as close to flawless as I've seen an IT project go.
