Coming into the med school application cycle, I realized my profile, while having some solid attributes, also had a couple of "weaker" points. Therefore, I wanted to work with a consultant who would help me tell the best story in my applications. Nakia was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had been successful previously in his med school applications. I talked to her along with four other consultants/agencies and felt more at peace with Nakia. While others focused on raw stats, the Inspira team was more interested in my story.

When applying for medical school, I was most anxious about writing a personal statement and secondary essays that had the power to tell admissions exactly who I was in the matter of a few hundred words. Finally, I would say Tina is flexible in her working style and will tailor her approach to your needs (i.e. working independently, following strict deadlines etc.) which really helped to be able to personalize the process. I would highly recommend TIna and the full Inspira team.

Without James' instruction, I would not have made the huge improvement that I did over the course of our 40 hour MCAT tutoring program. The structure of his program was very well balanced, as we spent enough time both digging in on concepts and going through practice problems. I found James to be particularly helpful when it came to the CHEM/PHYS portion of the test. He was able to help me understand how to quickly and efficiently identify what a CHEM/PHYS problem was testing, how to deconstruct a complex problem, and how to simplify and take away what was necessary from it. My CHEM/PHYS score improved from a 124 before the course to a 131 on my first MCAT attempt. I also saw big improvement in my other MCAT sections as well. Highly recommend James, thanks!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Desai! She is truly experienced, super easy to talk to and work with. I first met Dr. Desai 2 years ago when I was thinking about applying to med school then but later decided not to. Dr. Desai was very understanding and said that we can pick up whenever I'm ready. It was a great experience and I highly recommend having Ahmed as a tutor. He was able to keep our evening and weekend tutoring sessions interesting and exciting. I've been working with Saahil ever since I enrolled in the 40 hour MCAT tutoring program. At that point, my sister had already worked with Inspira Advantage and suggested that I enroll to see if I could raise my score to the 515+ level. I'm not a great test taker and I think timing in the MCAT is especially difficult, but - after several private tutoring sessions - Saahil really helped me get to the 515+ I was hoping for.

Saahil is an MCAT expert (he'll be able to walk you through the best way to solve any problem you throw at him), but he's also excellent at helping you maximize your study time -- he really makes an effort to identify the areas of improvement that will help you achieve the largest score improvement on the test. In particular, I think the private tutoring sessions were especially helpful because Saahil and I were able to look into my weak areas much more closely (i.e. CARS and organic chemistry). He was also able to show me CARS shortcuts that were tailored to my specific weaknesses and create a personalized study plan that allowed me to efficiently tackle low-hanging fruit given my tight timeline. And while the tutoring sessions are a little pricey, in the end, I'm extremely glad that I decided to work with Saahil and I thought the tutoring sessions were absolutely worth it.

My MCAT journey was not an easy one for me, but I'm glad I didn't give up. Seeking the right kind of help can really make all the difference and I think Saahil was key throughout my whole process.
