I was very much a non-traditional applicant and had no idea about the business school application process, but her guidance made the whole thing a breeze. She had extensive knowledge of every school on my list and made sure each application fit its respective school perfectly.

When it came to actually editing my resume and essays, she was very efficient with her time, which I really appreciated. She sent back all her edits within a day, and every single suggestion was valuable. I applied in Round 2 so all the deadlines were right after the holidays, but she made herself available even then.

Most importantly, she genuinely cares about your success! She asked for and appreciated updates well past the application phase. I really did not want consulting services in my B-School admissions process because the prices seemed unaffordable but, in the midst of a mild freakout, I scheduled a free consultation with nearly every consulting service around because I thought it would at least point in the right direction for doing apps on my own. These consultations ranged from too complimentary to not believing in me at all, but none of them actually gave me time to explain why I wanted to go or why this process made sense for me except for Inspira Futures'. I had a phone call with Julie and she genuinely cared about my path and the pragmatic steps I needed to take to achieve my goals, which impressed me so much that I decided to get hourly services.

After matching with my awesome consultant, my initial worry about money was immediately out the window. The very first call, she set my expectations and assuaged my fears that I was going to be a lower rung client as I had engaged in hourly services. As she walked me through all of the things she would help me out with outside of the five hours I had paid for, it all felt immediately worth it. Since early May, I had been working with Inspira Futures on every aspect of my CBS application package - career goals, strength/weakness assessment, resume, essays and mock interview. Gabriel and Inspira Futures did a fantastic job preparing me for interviews and creating my resume. Paolo at Inspira Futures was incredibly helpful throughout the process of applying to full-time programs this fall. I purchased a four-school package with Paolo, and I have been admitted to 2/3 so far, with one still in process. I have got admits to CBS and Wharton.

Alec is patient, organized, attentive, and an excellent coach through the entire process. Together, we laid out a strategy (which included guidance on the resume, essays, interviews, and other crucial factors) that eventually led to a series of well-rounded applications that demonstrated my appeal as an MBA prospect to the adcom. But instead of trying to mold my application into a predictable form, we worked together to create an application that was authentic. Alec was an integral part of my HBS application success, and I sincerely recommend him for application consulting!

Given my frequent work travel and unpredictable schedule, I knew I needed a consultant to keep me on track as I did not have the time to research the various parts of the application and come up with a comprehensive strategy. Jasmine came highly recommended from friends who successfully got into several top U.S. programs. I must admit I was skeptical about enlisting a consultant at first given the hefty prices and the numerous consultant ads I saw online. Jasmine was immensely helpful when it came to helping me distill my diverse experiences into what truly mattered as some of the stories I initially felt were compelling were actually not the ones that reflected my authentic self. Not only was Jasmine extremely patient and easy to talk to, her wealth of experience meant that she knew exactly which stories were worth drilling down on. I believe being able to convey an authentic (and cohesive) story is one of the keys to success and should not be overlooked. Everyone has unique experiences (however unimportant they may seem at first) and Jasmine was critical in helping me uncover them.

Though Jasmine is your biggest cheerleader (she never forgets when you are scheduled to take the GMAT or interview), she is also realistic when it comes to setting expectations. For example, she told me that my chances were much slimmer at my target schools with a 650 GMAT vs. a 700+ and encouraged me to persevere (even if that meant pushing my applications back by a round). I heeded her advice and was ultimately successful.

Working with Jasmine was a breeze. Her responsiveness and efficiency was incredible. She always met the pre-determined deadlines and made time to respond to my incessant Quick Question emails. Though admissions teams try to make the process as clear as possible, minor questions are bound to surface. The questions ranged from essay formatting and short answer responses to the inclusion of internship experience and GPA scales. Though these seemingly secondary questions could have been answered via emails to the schools, Jasmine was able to address them almost instantly. Jasmine knows the answer to almost everything, and if she does not know, she makes sure she finds you one.

Jasmine also consistently goes out of her way to help her clients. There are many instances of this but some of the most memorable ones would be when she reached out to her colleagues for additional feedback on my candidacy, application, and essays (especially when I pushed back on some of her comments). Aware that I was struggling with my GMAT, she helped find and recommend a few tutors. Jasmine also works with her colleagues to ensure the mock interviews were customized to address my weaknesses (so that I was prepared for the real thing). Lastly, even after the acceptances rolled in she took time to walk me through each program and help me think through which program best aligned with my ultimate career goals (at this point she probably knows me better than I know myself).

In the end, I was accepted to H/S/W and could not have done it without Jasmine's help!

I'm applying for MIT / HBS / LBS this year and due to work commitment, my original plan with him had to change and I was working under a very tight timeline with him during Christmas and new year on my applications. Despite these difficulties and holiday season, Alec prioritized my applications and we managed to put together something that's superb and I submitted right on the deadline day. I also found him very direct, responsible, reliable and flexible to accommodate my needs. He's always very responsive on emails and never replied more than 2 days after my emails.
