My counselor made me think deeper about my strengths, weaknesses, and unique experiences. Through this exercise I realized so many aspects about me that I normally would not think of. Honest feedbacks, flexible timing and her patience really made me feel comfortable. She helped me in figuring out my goals as well as forming a story connecting my past experiences and my future goals. Samantha is an exceptional admissions consultant. I signed on for the Comprehensive Package and added on two other schools. We have worked together for over a year, as I began my b-school application journey early on. Samantha was very helpful in helping me craft and hone my story, and she really pushed me to elevate my resume and essays to the next level required for acceptance into a top business school program. She fully understands what AdCom is looking for at each individual program, which really helps as you go through the various drafts of your essays. My GMAT scores came in a bit later than I'd hoped but Samantha was extremely flexible in working through all of my essays in a condensed period of time. It was always a goal of mine to go back and get my MBA and at first, thought I could go the cheap route and do it on my own. Big mistake. I ended up getting rejected from my top schools but I was determined, and decided to go for it the next year. I was introduced to Inspira through multiple friends who had used her in the past and raved about their experience.

Truthfully, the cost was a bit daunting at first but once I started working I could tell that my counselor knew exactly what she was doing. I came from a non-traditional background in Fashion Design so when I decided to apply to business schools, many of them top tier, I knew I needed some guidance in the application process. I had already taken the Inspira'a GMAT prep tutoring, so I decided to add on their Admissions Consulting service as well. I knew which schools I was applying to already so I really just needed help crafting my essays.

My counselor was excellent at going through my essays and providing insightful comments to improve specific sentences, as well as highlighting key areas that were unclear. I found Inspira Futures at an MBA tour event I attended last summer, and am glad that I chose them for their expertise and guidance. I can't say enough about my positive experience with Inspira Futures. Though I come from what's probably a more favorable background (top Ivy undergrad, 3.8 GPA in STEM, 760 GMAT, untraditional career experience - banking/PE/startup) - if those exist in this process - my story would not have come together had it not been for Nadia. Nadia really got to know me during the brainstorming process and I grew to trust her so that we could discuss the most personal of topics. I can't count the number of times she posited something so insightful that I could only respond "Wow", you know me better than I know myself!

Equally as important, Nadia actually made the entire process fun (or at least not painful!). A few months in, I had a self-imposed mini freakout about my essay topics that almost derailed the writing process. I decided to have the full school package, and they helped me from determining my interests (sounds strange, but true), sourcing the schools, finalizing shortlists, editing resume, brainstorming and editing essays, application review, and interview prep. The following is what I think makes Gabriel better than the rest:

1. Response rate: All communication was responded within 24 hours.
2. Personal attention: All questions are answered tailoring to your situation, in full details. He actually helped me understand what the admissions committee was all about.
3. Feedback: Frank, to-the-point feedback.

Samantha was incredibly helpful from step 1 through the end. I only applied to HBS and Wharton, and got interviews with both.
